Your tasks:
- Consulting and support for customers
- Order acceptance and processing
- Coordination of appointments with workshop and customers
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through compliance with quality regulations
- Vehicle handover
- Communication with customers, workshop, etc.
Your qualifications:
- A completed commercial training
- Customer-oriented, assertive, able to engage in dialog, able to work under pressure, communicative
